§Jerrycan Closure Mould Steel
Jerrycan closure mould core and cavity with inserts design. Core and cavity use hardness very high steel. Such as S136, 2316, H13, etc. Detail steel will depends on the cap design, cap material and customer's requirement. But all these mould steel hardness can be treated to HRC48 - HRC52.
§ Jerrycan Closure Mould Runner System
Jerrycan closure mould runner system can be hot runner and cold. Detail depends on the cap design. The cold runner submarine gate fit for the butterfly cap which gate mark allowed on the cap side face. Usually gate position on the cap open area, so that injection can be got balance and gate mark can be hided below top cover.Hot runner system become more and more popular for the plastic injection mould, because it's better heating efficiency and no plastic material wast during injection molding. And jerrycan closure mould with hot runner system can get shorter cycle time. Hot runner gate mark usually on the jerrycan closure main body top face which the same position for the cold runner three plates mould structure.Jerrycan closure moulds use lots of inserts. Especially for the core inserts. Some jerrycan closure mould need unscrew structure. The thread inserts need to be designed with gears. Insrts have to be tooled by precision tooling machine to insure the inserts part with good sizes finish and make the assembling no any problem.

Q2: How to visit your company?
Answer: Our city is near Shanghai, When you arrive at Shanghai airport, you can by high speed train from Shanghai Hongqiao train station to Taizhou Station. We will pick you up from train station.
Q3: What's the payment term?
Answer: TT, 40% advance payment, balance amount be paid before mould shipment.
Q4: How can I achieve satisfied product design?
Answer: In the begining, you may only have a rough product idea or rough product drawing, we are capable to make initial design and imporove the rough product drawing till to completed and satisfied drawing through effective mutual communication. Finally we will figure out the whole project secessfully.
Q5: How about delivery time?
Answer: The T1 trial time normally 25-70days depends on different mould. After trial samples are approved by client, moulds can be shipped within one week.
